I was kinda surprised by the excellent location of the hotel, just a short walk from the train station and the main sites. The room I stayed in had a great view, was very clean, and offered enough space for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I particularly appreciated their assistance in carrying my bags to my room. Despite being located on a busy street, the room was quiet and provided a peaceful night's sleep. I also found the mini bar to be reasonably priced, a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the breakfast provided a good selection of food including meats, cheeses, cereals, and delicious cappuccinos.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The bathroom was cramped and the shower was difficult to use due to lack of space.

The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, being very close to the main train station in Florence. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and easily accessing transportation options. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests we had. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident in the amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed our room with a balcony, which offered a lovely view of the Basilica of San Lorenzo.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a bustling city and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. Firstly, the location was unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They even let me check in early, which was a great bonus. Lastly, the rooms were surprisingly well-equipped, complete with a small balcony offering a delightful view of a historic basilica. It was a truly enjoyable experience.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just opposite the train station and close to all the main sights. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean room and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options.

The hotel is extremely close to the train station, making it convenient for travelers. It is also in easy walking distance to everything you want to see in the city. The location is definitely a plus point and saves a lot of travel time.
The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms leaves much to be desired. The rooms were scruffy with holes in the plaster walls, and the bathroom had no plug or stopper in the sink, making it inconvenient for storing small items.
